Dialogue
An open dialogue with our clients is key to the success of every project. Our approach is firstly to spend time talking to you, to discover your aspirations and objectives- your passions, your needs and how you operate. This means our designs are individually tailored to you and the spaces we create will be a pleasure to be in, stress free and an everyday inspiration.
Context
We will meticulously investigate the site to discover its full potential and discuss with you the various options for development. We will always strive to ingrain the new spaces within the existing context and make the new building feel part of the site, drawing in the light, key views, green space and sky wherever possible to enhance the inside.
Technical Experience
And of course we will draw on our extensive knowledge of design, materials, space planning, the planning system and construction in order to create buildings and spaces which are not only beautiful but functional and meet your budget and deadlines.
We have a depth of experience in designing private residential homes and extensions in both urban and rural locations. Our projects range from contemporary refurbishments to historic restorations including listed buildings.
We enjoy working with natural materials and traditional crafts, merging these with contemporary ways of living and taking inspiration from the landscape wherever possible.
Our Services
We can co-ordinate your project from conception to completion to ensure that your ambitions are carried through to the completed building and a high quality of finish is achieved. We will take time to guide you through the various stages of work, explain technical issues and advise you on design matters where appropriate.
We have extensive experience working in all aspects of Architecture from new build developments and public buildings, to one off bespoke homes and extensions. PA has extensive experience working in Conservation Areas and on Listed Buildings, in both urban and rural locations.
